Indonesia is one of the countries that has largest nickel reserves in world. In Asian region, Indonesia’s laterite are third position. around 800 thousand tons or about 30% world’s total production, so potential to enjoy demand for this stainless metal [7]. One companies carry out mining Southeast Sulawesi Province PT Gema Kreasi Perdana (GKP). As a newly established company, variety strategies implemented survive and maintain its corporate existence industry. The company needs method measuring performance order monitor analyze performance. Implementing Performance Management System way can be used (PMS). Balanced Scorecard (BSC) employed PMS investigation. BSC firm by bridging gap between strategy execution. Based on literature review, focus group discussions (FGD), interviews with expert practitioners their respective fields, objective determined each perspective. aims initiatives key indicators (KPIs) based benchmarking other businesses interviews. Data analysis weighting from perspective will carried using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. addition goal strategies, researchers cascaded process Business Unit Level Individual limited HRGA (Human Resource General Affair) Strategic Affair Division Perdana. cascading believed important ensure company’s vision, mission, communicated clearly all employees. regarded goal, employee. This produced multiple KPIs GKP. suggestions future research, it would preferable research cascade levels within division company.
